Don't underestimate the quiet grumpy ones 💙

Kendall Ryan continues The hot jocks series with a bang. Grant turned out to be such a lovely kind giving protective man. Anna poor baby what a sweetheart. This is book six in her series and I loved every single one of them. Grant is swoon worthy. The narrators of this book were outstanding. I really respect Kendall's writing! I really enjoy a book that surprises me. This book surprised me. I highly recommend this series!

I really liked this one

This story was really good. It brought up and explored several good subjects. I loved finding out more about Grant. I totally fell for him. Teddy bear under the gruffness. My favorite line was why Grant liked Jordy the roomy best.

The way grant is described I actually looked up what size most NHL players are. 6’1” 190-200. Hot Jocks are all taller and heavier than that.

Also I discovered (all the guys except Jason who was an Alcoholic have awesome abs) because of how quick they have to turn and use the stick back and forth. It was also mention their thighs and glutes are the strongest on them.

Anyway it’s a good story and worth the credit.

sweet, sexy, and fun sports romance

I’ve been excited for Wild for You ever since I read the last ‘Hot Jocks’ book. I couldn’t wait to get Grant and Ana’s story!

Grant is the captain of the Seattle hockey team and he’s a bit older and more stand-offish than most of the players. He doesn’t date much, keeps to himself, and is a bit of a loner. When he sees one of his players mistreating his girlfriend, he steps in. He’s just that kind of guy. Grant has no ulterior motives, he just wants to make sure Ana is okay. 


Ana moved to Seattle with her boyfriend, and at first things are okay. But then they turn into a bit of a mess. Her boyfriend is abusive and she has nowhere to turn, but Grant becomes her hero. He helps her out and is there for her when she needs him.

Grant just might be my favorite hero Kendall has written. He made this book for me. I loved how gentle and kind he was to Ana and how he was always there for her. They had a connection, but he never took advantage of her. I just adored him.

I listened to the audiobook of Wild for You and it’s narrated by Joe Arden and Virginia Rose. Both did a great job, but let me tell you… I love Joe Arden’s voice and he was the PERFECT Grant. I almost always choose to listen to Kendall’s books over reading them because she always has the best narrators, plus her books are just so fun to listen to!

If you’re looking for a sweet, sexy, and fun sports romance that has bit of an emotional kick, pick up Wild for You! I’m sad there is only one more book in this series left, but I can’t wait for Jordie’s story!

Well written

I cried towards the end... This was a good one. I felt for Grant and had empathy for the protagonist.

Hot Broody Team Captain!

Grant finally gets his own book! Loved listening to this installment in this highly addicting Hot Jocks series. I will say keep in mind Ana has been through A LOT, and Grant is the perfect brooding man for her. Can’t wait for the Gordie!
