Audible version is good!

I spent 2 stays in the mental hospital, severe ptsd when I came home, I couldn’t even focus on looking at my phone the vertigo and headaches were so intense. I got the audible version of this and it slowly helped me open the door to reading a writing. She is optimistic for a reason from all of the stuff she has endured. I’m beyond thankful for this book and the healing it did.
