An excellent story

A smart and thoughtful MC. A set of generous and supportive side characters. It deals with themes of loss both personal and environmental. The MC uses logic and deductive reasoning to find a solution. A lovely fantasy world with interesting real world issues. I strongly recommend this story.

We’ve listened to this book several times. It’s one of our absolute favorites! The narrator and story are both phenomenal. Check out Katherine Applegate’s other books, you won’t be disappointed.

Willowdean, and the relationship between all of the towns people from the beginning to the end

I really loved how the person reading. It had all of the different voices for the characters. It really helped me understand it.
