Wings Over France is a gripping historical thriller set in the tense months leading up to D-Day in 1944. In Nazi-occupied Normandy, Resistance fighter Marie Leclerc and American OSS operative Jack Davis risk everything to undermine German defenses. Through clandestine operations, coded messages carried by pigeons, and daring sabotage, they navigate a landscape of betrayal and danger. As their bond deepens amidst the chaos, they confront the brutal Gestapo officer known as the Bavarian Butcher, whose shadow looms over their mission. With Allied forces closing in, their courage and love become a beacon of hope in a world on the brink of liberation.

I am an avid reader of WWII historical fiction and found Wings Over France to be an absolute masterpiece to read.
The storyline carried me thru feelings of suspense, romance, and bravery. I highly recommend this book and hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

I really enjoyed this book. I, like Timothy, am a history lover, and never get tired of learning anything I can, especially when it comes to WW2. I like the way Timothy combined history with fictional characters to make it a truly enjoyable read. I even learned a few things that I didn't know and I thought I knew all there was to know about WW2. I recommend this book whether you like history or a heart warming love story.
