Every]thing experienced is harmoniously done through through energy, frequency and vibration. My state of consciousness sets the state of my vibration. I taste and know. My vibration “attracts” the experiences. Alleluia there’s no such thing as failure. All is working together for my good.

Loved the info, but....

It started with a fantastic mental relaxation with perfect affirmations. Then abruptly it ended and a teaching program started. Not what I had in mind as I thought this would be something I would listen to regularly. They do walk you through steps on making your own.

Visualization techniques plain and simple

Great audiobook with easy to follow techniques and suggestions. If you find visualization hard to do in practice, this is the book for you.

Easy to fall asleep to

I just started listening to it so I can’t say it has worked yet. But I will say it’s easy to fall asleep to. And I did vision the 49ers intercepting that ball which got them into the playoffs. So there’s that! Lol. I’ll come and let you know when I win the lottery.

Great book

I really liked this book it was short and to the point. It outlines the steps to take and some skills to use while using the mind and visualization to create the life that you want. also know as The Law Of Attraction. Overall a good read.
