Brilliant writing!

I love the mix of humor and adventure. Great dialogue, well-developed characters, and a fun story all around! The voice acting is icing on the cake! I cannot wait for the next book! Bravo, Michael! Excellent book 👏

Looking for an exciting story for the whole family to share? Looking for a Jurassic Park type adventure that's family friendly? Winslow Hoffner's Incredible Encounters really are incredible... and fun. I listened on audible and the author narrates the story and portrays all the characters. Great for a road trip for the whole family. Highly recommend this adventure for boys and girls of all ages.

Great storytelling!

This book is a perfect read for anyone who loves cryptids and sea creatures. Winslow is the perfect stereotypical non-stereotypical fisherman who's stories are so engrossing you can't help but to put yourself in the crowd listening to him spin his tales. I can't wait to read the 2nd book. (Also, if you have a chance to listen to the audio book I highly recommend it. Michael does a excellent job with the voices.)

Great, fun read!

Michael, the author and narrator, has created a fun and interesting world with memorable characters. His in-depth research shows through with actual cryptids that I'd never heard of, and tying them into a created world of intrigue and amusing personalities. His character voices and accents are very individualistic and well performed, keeping me looking forward to pressing play ASAP.

I've read everything this young author has written, met him at conventions, and encourage others to do the same. This guy is as charismatic as his books, and I look forward to his next book!
