As a former pilates instructor, I've really enjoyed having this book on audible. I can listen and set up and get to my workout. It has helped me stay on track with my workouts without having to think too hard. Sometimes I just want to move without planning out an entire workout for myself. A great option for all women.

My wife isn’t super into fitness, but the video walkthroughs made this really easy for her. She liked being able to watch someone do the moves first, then follow along. The drawings in the PDF helped her remember the steps when she didn’t want to watch the videos again. She says it’s low-impact but still effective. She’s stuck with it longer than anything else she’s tried, and I think the clear visuals are a big reason why.

I often see wall Pilates come up on my social
Media feed and I’m quite active going to the gym
But never tried this. I liked the style of the book, it was well written and the exercises are easy to follow. It explains the benefits of the exercises and is great for beginners. If you are thinking of trying well Pilates this is a great book to get you started
