I enjoyed listening to Workouts for Seniors Over 60. Even though it doesn't quite apply to my current situation (I am in my 30s) I thought it would be interesting to discover the obstacles and challenges that come with an ageing body, to better prevent muscle atrophy and bone decay. The information is very interesting and the chapters each offer a specific focus area (core strength, flexibility, etc.). Exercises are well described to facilitate execution. I was very pleased with the content and have recommended this audiobook to a few of my family members.

I bought this for my dad that is 66, Ive been telling him he needs to get active, and this helped guide him, so now every day at 3:00, we turn this on and go through it. It's structured very well, easy to follow, and he seems to enjoy actually doing something lol so thank you, 10/10 highly rccommend.

I really do feel that this is the best book I have listened to for people over 60. I am not there as yet but the author was kind enough to include information for people like me.

The material is jam-packed with useful exercises. The information regarding upper, lower body, core and back exercises are particularly well addressed - explained in depth taking the appropriate care to avoid injury. I feel better informed about how to age gracefully after listening to this very interesting audiobook.
