Story not great but narration was worse.

The story was a vanilla post apocalyptic tale that lacked the detail to be interesting. Characters were not well developed and the ending was rushed. The narrator read every sentence with the same tone and inflection, and always sounded angry. Whether describing an intimate moment between characters or a brutal fight and shooting, for every sentence read the narrator sounded irritated and angry.

Surprisingly good

Definitely worth a listen, I enjoyed all the characters. The story was easy. Definitely recommend this book to anybody looking for something a little bit different

I liked this book a lot. It was interesting, had good characters, and a plausible plot.

riveting!

i loved the inclusion of the perspective the dogs, original and unique. The characters really felt like normal everyday people which was a huge boost to the story.

the narrator sounds like he doesn't know how to read punctuation. good story

They should find a different narrator. The one they have is difficult to listen to. The story is horrifying but bearable.
