There has been a series of child abductions from a community. None of the children have been found. The latest has been the daughter of Detective Sergeant Bruce Simmons. After being missing for several days Simmons returns to work. His old criminal enemy – Gilbraith – has a son missing. Together this unlikely pair makes a formidable duo that pursues an understandable vigilante course of action when the main suspect is released through lack of proof.
