The story is full of movement and twists and turns and the reader gives each character a different voice. It was like listening to a series on the radio. I loved being able to listen to and enter into the story with each page.

I loved the way this book was read.

This well written story draws you in while developing the characters and gives you just enough meat to create the scene while letting the story envelop you and engage your imagination. I’ve read the first two volumes and listened to book 1. It both reads and listens well.
The narrators voice, cadence and accent fit this title well. If you enjoy historical fiction, particularly of unknown characters I highly recommend this book.

Well paced and engaging story
