Is she capable of surviving in a century that is so foreign to her? How will they ever find their way back to each other? It turns out to be more difficult than either of them thought possible. Will they eventually reunite, or will Ginny be on her own forever, lost in an era she knows nothing about?

New people come to town, but not all are trustworthy. One respected resident leaves for a better future. Secrets are exposed, and lives are threatened. Life is ever changing, but Twin Lake and Holton remain the same. Living in the 19th century has never been easy in Muskegon County, but new twists and turns show just how fragile and dangerous it can be.

I love listening to this audio book! The narrator does a fantastic job! I’m also enjoying the characters and getting to know them, as well as the historical stories. Highly recommend!
