Discover and dissolve energy blocks held in your body, and root yourself in your core of peace and inner power.

The ancient practice of yoga nidra has a lot of amazing benefits for our body and mind. Yoga nidra is often referred to as "yogic sleep", the state of existing between sleep and consciousness that's conducive to deep emotional and physical healing, rewiring your brain, and self-exploration.

The best thing about yoga nidra is that it's completely accessible. All you need is a place to lie down or sit upright and feel relaxed.

This practice is perfect for anyone, from children to adults. All you have to do is listen, follow the instructions, and just relax.

Yoga nidra is a simple and wonderful practice that anyone can use and maintain daily. It is especially useful for those who like to meditate but have issues with keeping their back straight for extended periods in traditional sitting meditation.

A wonderful simple practice

This meditation efficiently takes you through the brain wave states into deep relaxation. It is quite effective for a relatively short meditation. I like the narrator’s voice and confident tone. You can lower the speed to give yourself more time to absorb. Once you’ve done it a few times, your mind can follow quite easily. I do wonder about the significance of “white unicorn” and wish there was a reference to look up such things. But, I can turn off my thinking, beta brain and just go with it.

Nice Nidra.

It is a shame that this rather fine Yoga Nidra is read far too fast for my taste. It renders it useless for me.

I made the mistake of reading these reviews AFTER I purchased it. *face palm*

The reading is so rushed. I really tried to connect with it, because I love yoga nidra and have practiced several variations with different narrators/instructors.

I think the issue is that the narrator has never done yoga nidra, or didn't actually comprehend what she was reading. For example, she gives approximately zero seconds to follow her cues. Taking deep breaths and exhaling should be relaxing, instead I felt like I was in a baton relay.

It makes me sad, because the script is solid, just the execution is terrible. Her voice is nice, but, jeez louise, unless you want to meditate to a Micromachines commercial (throwback to 80s babies) pass on this one.

I wish I hadn't read the reviews

thre reading was very rushed, not at all relaxing. after prompting to count backwards with deep breaths from 17 to 0, I only got to 10 before the track went on to the next segment.

what's the rush? slow it down.
