This was clear and concise. The exercises were great too. It helped me in my journey.

Very interesting but the narration is not great

Very interesting and I love her take on channeling, but it seems like AI narration that is very difficult to listen to. It sounds robotic with pauses at strange spots in every single sentence.

A Genuine Guide For Learning To Love Ourself

Liked Most: The beautiful examples and specific methods to help connect more purely to loving ourself.

How learning to channel also enables us to be more confident and effective at making life better for those we meet along our journey.

What Would Have Made It Better: I would have liked Sara to briefly pause at places within the meditations or when sharing an instruction to allow me to better absorb the meaning or understanding in that moment of learning.

Overall: Sara has shared a truly valuable and powerful contribution filled with specific guidance and heartfelt connection. I re-read this book repeatedly gaining more and more from experiencing the guided meditations and insights she offers throughout. Thank you for sharing these beautiful insights.
