Strategies given were too obvious for me at least

Overall, I think one must buy this book if he or she doesn't know a thing about YouTube. People who are already aware of how YouTube works, don't need to buy this as most of the things are so general and obvious.

History of YouTube

This book could just be a single podcast episode. Is very slow, boring and doesn't provide real valuable information. There are podcasts and YouTube channels offering far better information for free.
I just got this because I had a credit and wanted to cancel my subscription in audible.

unhelpful and robotic

this audio book is a source of almost no information for anyone who is at all already familiar with YouTube. it is also poorly written and the reading is robotic at best and confusingly empalhasized at worst.

Full of fluff

I didn't anticipate this book being a "get rich quick" solution however I also didn't view it as being full of useless information. It contains such nuggets as "the more views your videos get the more popular it will become" and "videos done I. Different languages will be popular in different countries." 80% of the "knowledge" in this book can be found via a simple google search. Save your time and money.

Waset of time.

What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?

This audio book has a lot of useless filler, making it mostly a complete waste of time. The author spends way too much time talking about the history of YouTube, and how YT works. Which is not why I bought this book. I wanted useful and practical info on how to grow my YT channel, NOT a YT history lesson, or a YT 101 class.
