I think this book might be very useful for beginners. The virtual voice works — it never does in fiction, but it is tolerable here. I personally didn’t learn anything I didn’t know, but I have taken more writing classes than I can count. If you are starting, this could be instructive! The high review rating is done with a beginners mind…
