I got this for one of my kids who is trying desperately to quit smoking. This is a hard habit for her to break as she starts and gets back to it again. We both read this book and love the plan that is laid out by the author. This is not an indepth book, it's a quick 1 hr plus audiobook that gets right to the point on how to master the cravings and techniques on managing your stress and the triggers that may have you heading back to disaster! The author has a nice section on nutrition and exercise which we've already started. I am happy that there is a plan laid out and excited to see how well she does in a few months!
