An endless list of affirmations.

Excited by the title, I was expecting much more from this book which was nothing more than a list of affirmations. I believe that affirmations are best when we write our own and they are heart felt and resonate with us. The affirmations in this book came so rapidly that I could not absorb them.

Furthermore, the affirmations assumed that everyone is Christian and they were Christ based. I wasn’t informed of this before purchasing the book. Again, I do believe in God but, I don’t think religion should be forced on anyone.

The book is very short and I don’t feel that I learned or gained anything from it. It was a big disappointment and I don’t recommend it to anyone!
