Action Historical Romance

Exciting action kept my rapt attention following adventitious romance in dangerous, documented Scottish time period. Interesting insight of various characters’ feelings about relationships and changing ways of life in the 1800s in Scotland. Riveting written descriptions of battles, intrigues, motives, camaraderie,, and devotion between humans and delightful pet. Sex scenes were tastefully described as warm and loving. Excellent,, talented narration made the characters interesting and easy to recognize. This book was very entertaining and engaging. Great read!

The story line was great! The narration was great! Overall really great read! One of the best free on audible if you like historical fiction Highlander books. One that is actually close to Outlander without the time travel, different story line than outlander but definitely in a VERY similar category!
