Solid 2nd book

I like this book more than the first and it could pretty easily be a stand alone. I felt the author wrote in the relevant parts about the alien species much better and the drama was lower. I don't think it was as erotic as the first book, but the few scenes still brought the heat. Overall, I glad I gave this series another try and I'll be picking up the 3rd book as well.
