2023 Word of The Year: Alignment

This week I am going to be doing a deep dive into my focus word for this year and what that is going to look like for the Well Beauty Lab brand. This year, every episode I produce, every book that I write, every event that I host, and every interview that I give will be in complete alliance with God. The goal is for my plan to be in full agreement with his plan so that when I look back on 2023 I can say that I have done all that I was able to do.
