Baltimore Ravens general manager Eric DeCosta made a huge splash with the announcement of the trade of superstar pass rusher Maxx Crosby from the Las Vegas Raiders. The price was steep with the Ravens giving up two first-round draft picks to acquire Crosby. The Baltimore Ravens' new head coach Jesse Minter has been busy building his new staff. Among those brought on are Declan Doyle as offensive coordinator and Anthony Weaver as defensive coordinator.
