Feminine and Masculine energies are human energies, not specific to gender, meaning that each of us have both feminine and masculine qualities. This is important to know, because both energies must work in harmony within ourselves if we want to operate at our highest and best selves. In this episode, I break down what feminine, masculine, wounded feminine and wounded masculine look like, and how to know which energy you are operating in and how to shift it if you want to. Understanding is so important when trying to change or heal. We have everything we need already within us, we just need to connect and work towards living in harmony.
