トラットリア テルツィーナ オーナーシェフ 堀川秀樹さんがご来店。
1961年神奈川県生まれ。1991年にイタリアに渡り、ローマとヴェネツィアで修行を積む。
1998年に「トラットリア・ピッツェリア テルツィーナ」をオープンしたほか、上川町「大雪 森のガーデン」に併設されたレストラン「フラテッロ・ディ・ミクニ」のグランシェフを務める。
