Act of Contrition (No Music) - Indulgenced Prayer

Act of Contrition, a traditional Catholic prayer of sincere repentance, in which the faithful acknowledge their sins, ask God for forgiveness, and renew the firm purpose of avoiding sin, trusting in His infinite mercy.

This prayer is an essential part of the spiritual life and the examination of conscience, helping the soul grow in humility, interior conversion, and love of God above all things.

Indulgence: A partial indulgence is granted to the faithful who devoutly recite the Act of Contrition.
