We catch up with Mel Wiggins, a high school pal of Sarah's, to talk about the anger we direct at ourselves and learning to balance our inner critic with our intuition.

Mel Wiggins lives in Northern Ireland with her husband Dave and two children. She spent a decade working in non-profit management and activism roles before pivoting to build a coaching business focussed on serving women across the UK and Europe who want to be more courageous in their lives and work.
