Career Advice for All Ages

This week's episode of Bainology Podcast I am sharing with you the greatest career advice ever given to me. It is stapled advice that I have carried with me since my first year of employment at 21 years-old through my post-retirement years of professional engagements. I will use this writing opportunity to give you a hint to make it all fall into place. The key to a successful, long career is: "You have to be successful at the position that you are in now, to have the opportunity to be successful in your next position up the ladder."
