The Cleveland Guardians Spring Training is three weeks in and you can start to see a roster taking shape so I make my prediction for the 26-man roster. Plus what do Bibee and Williams have to do to get into the top 10 starting pitchers in baseball (to be in the All-Star and Cy Young conversations) and we'll check in on the WBC and look at the quarter final matchups.
