Been a while since I read an entry from my journal but I'm back with another one. In this episode I talk about a couple things I want to start including in future episodes as well, such as special shout outs and a story relating to connection.

In this episode, you get to meet someone whose mindset I genuinely admire. My mind is constantly blown away by the way he speaks and the depth he brings to even the simplest parts of life. He definitely took the reins on this conversation, discussing the many ways of viewing perception and interpreting the world around us. It’s a bit on the lengthy side cause my guy was yappinnn but there’s so much insight in what he says.

Beyond the depths of perception, we also chatted about our shared passion for mindfulness: yoga, journaling, and meditation, as well as our bond over connection and the essence of humanity.

Meet my someone special, my buddy Yah! What began as a simple encounter turned into a meaningful connection. Though he’s currently unhoused, Yah has a rare depth of intellect and perspective that challenges and inspires me in so many ways.
