Compulsory Pronouns: Help or Hinderance

Is asking for pronouns in the professional environment helpful to the queer cause, or does it actually harm genderqueer people? This episode offers an analysis of pronoun requirements in the university and industry. We interview students of Middlebury and club leaders about their experiences around pronoun requirements and use gender studies to analyze them and their potential hindrances to the queer cause.
