Today we're off to the cool Croatian capital of Zagreb to chat with Sonja Prvan, an exceptional former guide who spends her days designing local experiences for international guests.   

Sonja is a trained biologist who has been in the tourism game for more than a decade with Intrepid Travel. She's insightful and passionate about her home, its long history and rich local culture.  We chat about her early life growing up during the fall of socialist Yugoslavia and the Balkan War and all about the region today.
