most definitely make me think

I'm more observant, I can think more clearly. and, i move more on good instincts i still got a lot of practicing but i would do this again and again when i need to.

Great Voice and Content

I very much appreciated this entire meditation series. Jess Ray has a great voice/presence for guiding meditations--I trusted her along the journey. I really valued that each day was a different type of meditation, so it was great to explore what works for me and what doesn't. I especially loved the last seven days exploring each of the chakras. I imagine I will be revisiting this series again in the future!

relaxing

when hearing these audible I lay still on my bed with my eyes closer with the room dark. I just drift away into these mediations.

especially since it starts gently and ends gently without the glaring audible hopes you've enjoyed this program :)
