Interestingly, I sort of become alert listening to that. Not only this episode, but also the previous episodes. These episodes/sessions were suppose to make listeners sleepy and I believe its a good thing if someone falls asleep right through the episode. Why bother so much about the count at bedtime. Besides that, it was an okay sleep episode.
