For years, I’ve spoken about spirituality, nervous system regulation, somatics, Reiki, and embodiment.

But I’ve never shared the story underneath all of it....because I didn't know it existed.

This episode is not my credentials.
It’s not my training history.
It’s the lived experience that I know understand shaped everything I do and everything I teach.

From being born four pounds, fifteen ounces…
To proprioceptive challenges and chronic clumsiness…
To finding regulation through gymnastics…
To surviving placenta accreta and three months of pain absorbing what my body refused to release…
To miscarriage, faith, dissociation, and coming home through movement…

This is the story of how my body became, and continues to be the curriculum.
