Many women blame their hormones for weight gain, fatigue, and stubborn health struggles—but what if hormones aren’t the real problem?

In this episode of Realistically Consistent, I’m joined by endometriosis coach and women’s health educator Sam Halliwell to talk about the deeper connections between lifestyle, nervous system regulation, gut health, and hormone balance.

We discuss:
- how to truly listen to your body
-the role of cycle awareness in nutrition
-signs that something deeper may be affecting your health

About Sam:
Sam Halliwell is an endometriosis coach and women’s health educator who helps women reconnect with their bodies and reclaim their wellbeing.

After navigating her own journey with severe endometriosis, surgery, and fertility challenges, she became passionate about understanding the deeper connections between hormones, lifestyle, and the mind-body relationship.

Through her work, Sam supports women in moving beyond symptom management and learning how to work with their bodies rather than against them.

She is the creator of The Embodied Alchemy Method™, a holistic coaching approach that blends cycle awareness, nervous system regulation, nutrition, and emotional healing to help women restore balance and reconnect with their body’s natural ability to heal.
