🔥In This Episode: We discuss Child Protective Services, or CPS. During my custody trial I interacted with at least 5 Child Protective Services workers. When I spoke to them, I could see “the lights were on, but nobody was home”. The CPS Social Workers were clueless and didn’t know how to get a clue. So, here I share with you how Child Protective Services is “supposed” to do their job and compare it to how they “really” do their job. I compare Child Protective Services’ work product to that of our Forensic Psychologist, so you can see the massive difference between smart people and lazy people. I share stories about what I found. The laziness, incompetence, and gender bias of Child Protective Services can hurt your kids and your custody case. So, you have to prepare and counter maneuver. If you have a CPS Investigation, you need to know how to beat a CPS case. I teach you how. In some states, the agency is called DCFS, Department of Children & Family Services or DSS, Department of Social Services. But they’re all basically the same.
**If you're a Dad fighting for custody of your kidsin Family Court, you've come to the right place! I'm creating this educational series to help dads get equal parenting time or primary custody in family court. I got primary custody, only because of enormous effort. I should've had primary custody on Day 1, but it took over 3 years. Dads shouldn't have to gothrough that just to be treated as equal parents. My goal is to level the playing field since I found family court is obviously biased against dads. I'll teach you strategies I used to win custody. Learn how to navigate the system ASAP.

**Dads should have equal parenting rights, whetherunmarried or getting a divorce. You may want temporary custody, primary custody, joint physical custody, 50/50 parenting, or legal custody. You're getting a divorce from your ex, not your kids. Win by focusing on the best interests of the child. If you have a Restraining Order against you, the SilverBullet can be deadly. But if restraining orders are based on false allegations, you can turn that around to your advantage. I did. And you have to navigate the forensic evaluation, CPS/children's services investigations.#fatherx #custodybattle #dad #parentalrights #silverbullet #divorcio #highconflictdivorce #CPS #ChildProtectiveServices #DCFS #DSS
