During my 3-year child custody battle, I noticed an obvious pattern of CPS investigations being launched, based on nonsense. I realized the mother was using emergency room visits, mandatory reporters, false abuse claims, and biased CPS workers as a tool. But then I did something that turned the tables…and CPS was never called again! What was it? Watch the video. The laziness, incompetence, and gender bias of Child Protective Services can hurt your kids and your custody case. So, you must prepare and counter maneuver. I teach you how.In some states, the agency is called DCFS, Department of Children & Family Services or DSS, Department of Social Services. But they’re all basically the same.

👉🏼If you're a Dad fighting for custody of your kids in Family Court, you've come to the right place! I'm creating this educational series to help dads get equal parenting time or primary custody in family court. I got primary custody, only because of enormous effort. I should've had primary custody on Day 1, but it took over 3 years. Dads shouldn't have to go through that just to be treated as equal parents. My goal is to level the playing field since I found family court is obviously biased against dads. I'll teach you strategies I used to win custody. Learn how to navigate the system ASAP.

👉🏼Dads should have equal parenting rights, whether unmarried or getting a divorce. You may want temporary custody, primary custody, joint physical custody, 50/50 parenting, or legal custody. You're getting a divorce from your ex, not your kids. Win by focusing on the best interests of the child. If you have a Restraining Order against you, the Silver Bullet can be deadly. But if restraining orders are based on false allegations, you can turn that around to your advantage. I did. And you have to navigate the forensic evaluation, CPS/children's services investigations.

I'm sorry you're in divorce/family court. But if you think it’s in the best interests of your child for YOU to have equal or primary custody, I'm laying out what I learned into this educational series, to give you a fighting chance.
