We start the episode this week by talking through the Alloa Women's win over Dumbarton Ladies on Sunday as the youthful Wasps got back to winning ways.
Then it's on to the Men's exit from the Scottish Cup as they go down 1-0 to Raith Rovers. Not the most exiting game on the pitch but some novel scran and an interesting way of staying warm off it!
We finish up by looking ahead to Peterhead coming to The Recs this weekend.
