Episode 61

How we doin' good people?! New year brings new shift and while it has been what seems like forever, it's time to get caught up. From fall to winter, and approaching spring the seasons of nature are steady reminders of time passing. I look forward to sharing the highs, lows and in between moments from the past few months and hopefully encouraging you all to keep moving through whatever season of life you may be in. Some of them are rougher than Fred Flintstone's feet but we survive them all! Thank you for joining me on the couch, I missed y'all!
