This episode features Lynn "Tut" Fuller,  CEO and Chairman of Capra Bank in Dubuque. He will be speaking with Alex about his path from medical school to banking. As a fourth-generation banker, Tut has a unique Dubuque story: His great-grandfather started Dubuque Bank & Trust (DB&T), both his grandfather then his father succeeded to run the bank, his father notably built the business from $70M to $20B during his tenure.
