Like many women, Emma Saunders is often asked if she has kids. She’s thought carefully about her answer: "I think it would be very disrespectful to Ella and Alfie to pretend that they didn’t exist so it’s important for me to say 'yes', but I follow that up really quickly with 'but they died young'."
