The City of Joy is a place where happiness abounds, and the annual day of joy is celebrated with music, dancing, food, and a fair. Khushi, a young girl, is setting up a small shop at the fair with her mother, selling handmade pendants. While setting up, Khushi meets a new friend and they plan to return in the evening.
