In this episode, we have Kyle Kolarz, PGA. Kyle is the Director of Golf at Hillview Country Club, Hillview, IN, and he is also my alumni mentor for my Professional Golf Management (PGM) program at Penn State.

We talk about Kyle's path that led to him becoming a Director of Golf and General Manager at age 30, and how mentorship is a key part for him as to why he is passionate about the golf industry as well. Kyle also talks about how to find your passion and opportunities, together with being grateful for whatever that is presented to us for life.
