The Adventure Girls sail through dark water to Night Island — the farthest, most dangerous place they have ever been — to find the last gem. Something enormous hits their boat from below, and Olivia must face it alone.

On the island, three deadly tracks stand between them and the heart of Night Island. Fluffy leads them through flashing lightning with perfect timing. Inventor uses echolocation to guide them past invisible drop-offs in total darkness. And Flarity relights dying fire markers while they sprint for their lives. At the end waits a mysterious dirt train — and a riddle only Sparkle can solve.
