Jen goes to a small town in Nevada and meets her father, who she had always thought was dead. He tells her how her mother kicked him out, made up a story about his death, that he had met her brother not long before he died, and, most importantly, that he is not her father after all. She can't quite believe his strange tale and is about to go when he gives her a note from her brother that was meant for her. In the note he has written the name of a place in the middle of the desert: Zyzzyx. When Jen listens to his next voice memo, he explains that a remote spot in the desert is where the Solfeggio frequencies were really coming from, that he could hear them, and he hints that he is there waiting for her. She decides to take the bait and go out to the desert. When her boyfriend questions her mental health and demands she come home, she breaks up with him.©2022 Famous Horses, Inc.
