So, I found these slides that I absolutely needed, and WOW there was so much more to the MESSAGE then I realized. Founder Meghan Higney of the company MESSAGE joins us on the Rainbow today to talk fighting the limiting beliefs that hold us back from our goals, and why listening to the messages within all of us is so important.Oh, and yes, why a hug for your feet is equally important when walking miles in this lifetime!
