After running down the big trades in the NFL over the last week and the headlines, we praise Venezuela for taking down the US in the WBC. We also raise an espresso toast to team Italy to cheer their time in the WBC, as well as a nod to their unique home run celebrations. The NBA had a shoe incident that led to a flagrant foul, and the NHL Hall of Fame is holding Jack Hughes' Golden Puck hostage from the Olympics. We round things out with a Chinese GP that saw Kimi Antonelli win his first GP, and a touching Make a Wish story.

We took a brief hiatus while things were slowing down in the Sports world, but we are back in action!!! The NBA is down to the last 20 games and things are heating up, and the NHL is back after the Olympics and the trade deadline is Friday, and the World Baseball Classic is about to kick off the MLB season!!!!

The Super Bowl has come and gone, and with that, we do the final breakdown of the year. For three quarters, it was a defensive battle, but ultimately the Seahawks stand atop the NFL Champions. Sam Darnold's story has come full circle, and Kenneth Walker III is the MVP, as they get one back over on the Patriots. After we deep dive into the Super Bowl, we run through the remaining headlines before getting into the NBA and NHL, as well as a little bit of the Olympics.
