Fruitless Figs

A garden is a place of expectation. You plant, you water, and you wait. But what happens when the season for harvest comes and the branches are bare? In Luke chapter 13, Jesus tells a jarring story about a fig tree that has taken up space without giving anything back. It’s a story about urgency, second chances, and the dirt beneath our fingernails. Today, we’re looking at what it means to be 'Fruitless Figs'—and why the Gardener isn't finished with us just yet.
