You point out we can't drastically change our lifestyle overnight but begin to put the stepping stones together one step at a time. I am personally overwhelmed and understand my quality of life depends on both major lifestyle changes along with medication. I really thought there was a medical solution for 20 years now and I'm definitely understanding that it's not that simple and there is not a pill to fix it. Of course I wish there was one but I am out of options and your podcast has been extremely helpful.
