Honest Leadership

In this episode of the Young Saints Leadership Podcast we discuss two leadership principles, we are all better together and leading with full honesty. When we lead with unity in mind it creates space for the anointing to flow. We also are aware that if we don't lead with full honestly and vulnerability we create a fake ideation of leadership and walk with the Lord. When we get open, honest and lay down our insecurity we are able to break the division within the church. Join in on the conversation!
